职位描述：
primary purpose：
1. research and qualify the new sources and new components for new projects and develop the vendors;
2. take lead to organize the audit team to evaluate suppliers; make the vendor developing plan and improve suppliers’ performance；
3. negotiate the price for the products cost saving and sign the frame agreement；
4. localization of the overseas components;
5. assist the purchaser to handle supplier quality issues;
required:
1. mechanical or related, university and above
2. more than 5 years experiences in sourcing and purchasing
3. must have effective communication with suppliers and other department;
